So...!! I was looking around on nicovideo, and, not expecting much, I figured: What the hey, let's see if there's anything good for Pokemon Special on there...
... and there actually was!

Although most of y'all probably already have one, chances are some don't have a NicoNico Video account, and unlike our good ol' youtube, you need one of those. Well, that's okay, because here's a little guide of how to do it, so you don't have to learn the moonrunes!! I recomend this even if you hate Pokemon and won't check out a single one of the links, because nico is an awesome site.

In a land where air conditioners break and the heat is OVER ONE HUNDREEEEEEEEEED, in a world where there is a house that keeps the temperature hotter than it is outside, there is... a man. A young man, really, who happens to be in the last week of school - a very important week indeed, a week which almost all of his attentions should be aimed at education!
And while that last statement may not be entirely true about this hero, this hero does in fact need a many good nights' sleep during this week of testing. And that has proven impossible in his household of heat, and therefore this hero has been forced to take drastic measures! ... Well, okay, his mother took the drastic measures, but still!
So this hero is going to be sleeping at a nice, cool, and - most importantly - internet free hotel. While the heroes may be at home for some of the time, this means no late nights or anything for him, plus the majority of his time really will be for studying.
Therefore, though the hero hates to admit it, he must go on a hiatus, or at the very least a slow posting or whatever the CFUD equivalent of that is, and while it may only be for a few days, it could last even longer depending!!
And so, tune in next time, for the hero's glorious return and the battle against the air conditioner repairmen, and their not showing up!!!

So, seeing as Gold's been around for... a couple of months, my actual commenting with him during all the time aside, I think it's about time for the Relationships and First Impressions meme to be posted!!1!1!! I'm guessing you guys all know how it works, just throw down a comment for whoever you want Gold's opinion on, and you shall recieve it free of charge!

Physical traits: Ordinary looking kid with an awesome hairdo!?!?
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Gold comes from a world where eleven year olds can travel on their own, fight criminal organizations, become world reknowned champions, and save the world. So some weird things might seem normal to him while some normal things might seem weird, or whatever, but mention whatever you like I guess?? People who treat Pokemon/their friends as tools are not people Gold likes, so if you have that kind of attitude expect attitude from Gold in return.
Abilities: Gold is a natural born "Breeder", meaning if he holds onto and takes care of Pokemon eggs before they hatch, whatevr hatches it going to have endless potential and stuff. He also shoots off Pokeballs in all kinds of directions with his billiards cue and he never/rarely misses a shot, so expect some interesting tactics using that.
Hobbies: Skateboarding, gambling, Pokemon (take that however you want), and eating foreign food.
Notes for the Psychics: ... Well you might get a "OH MY GOD HOW IS THIS KID SO SELF CENTERED" kinda vibe but other than that he doesn't really keep secrets.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask and ye shall recieve!
Maim/Murder/Death: Pokebattle related injuries, if any, need no question, and for anything more than a few punches and kicks or something, gimme a shout.
Cooking: Surprisingly, he's not half bad! ... However, using fire Pokemon for heat will lead to burnt food.

Canon: Ahhhh Pokemon. The world where you can force monsters into little balls and have them battle each other into unconsciousness... And while this Pokemon world is filled with evil gym leaders and organizations, as well as various apocalyptic scenarios; it still manages to give out a positive message to those reading. And in a house filled to the brim with Pokemon, somewhere in New Bark Town, comes Gold. He doesn't stay at home for long, though, after a Totodile gets stolen from the local professor, Gold's off with his Pokemon to hunt down the culprit!
Gold is perhaps one of the most reckless characters in the manga, and he's got determination like you wouldn't believe. Once he's got a goal and mind, he'll see it through to the end no matter what... even if that goal is stealing a feel from a cute girl. Gold even says whatever he does is for himself and should that mean helping others, well, that's just a bonus. He also has the innate ability to draw out the largest power of Pokemon that he helps hatch (and pass on his emotions to them, hence his Togepi's gambling addiction). Because of this, Professor Oak himself has labeled Gold as the ultimate Pokemon breeder. Eat your heart out Brock.

So you heard I like Mudkips? I think they're pretty bland compared to Aipoms, to be honest. Hah, just kidding! Actually, I don't even know what a Mudkip is, but if it'd make a good partner, then you bet I like it! Of course right now my current party is doing just fine, so I'll get back to you on that if we ever have an opening. No no, don't call us, we'll call you.
Speaking of partners, isn't it great that people can let bygones be bygones and be great friends? I think so, because misunderstandings can happen to just about anyone, especially when I'm around. Believe me, you wouldn't believe some of the stuff that's happened because of a completely easy mistake.
Take the other day for example! Sure, I might have tried to fight a group of zombies thinking they were a new breed of monster - which they are, just not my kind of monster - but did that stop us from making up and becoming pals? Heck no! In fact, I'm playing pool with the fellas next Tuesday! Just hope they don't mind if I bring a little back up, if you know what I mean.
Not that they'd know, or anything. It would be a "just in case they try to eat my brains" type of back up, you know, the kind of thing that's always necessary when hanging around those kinds of guys. They're great, don't get me wrong, but I don't wanna catch them on their dinner break or anything. I mean, my brain is mine, they had theirs... or do they still have them? If they do, what's stopping them from eating those?
Hey, who wants to talk about zombie brains anyway? The only brains they care about, whether they have their own or not, are everyone else's! And you, how could you lead a young adventurer like me into a topic like this? For shame! All I was doing was minding my own business, trying to warn you about misunderstandings, and you go and get us talking about the undead! Sure, they do share the same camp as us, and sure, I'll be facing them in ball and cue combat, but that doesn't mean you need to bring it up for no reason around the children!
Heh, had you going there, didn't I? Sorry about that, but you should see your face right now. Wish I had a camera on me! Oh well, there's always next time, right?
